All pupils took part in National Writing Day and were asked to write a poem, a letter or a short story based on the theme of 'Connection', using their creative writing skills. 

Well done to all of the children who entered, the standard of work was extremely high and it was very hard to choose overall winners. 

A winner was chosen from each class and you can see their entries in the slideshow below. All winners have received a special certificate and star writer pencil which they received in a special presentation during Golden Assembly. Congratulations.
