  I am deeply passionate about teaching and about improving life chances for all children, regardless of their starting point. Having taught and led across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, I have seen first hand how high-quality teaching can transform outcomes, build confidence and open doors for every pupil. I believe that what happens in the classroom has a profound and lasting impact on a child’s future. I am committed to ensuring that all children experience ambitious, inclusive and engaging teaching that enables them to make strong progress and flourish both academically and personally. Central to my work is a focus on high expectations, positive behaviour and a culture where every child feels safe, valued and included.
