  I am deeply passionate about teaching and about improving life chances for all children, regardless of their starting point. Having taught and led across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, I have seen first hand how high-quality teaching can transform outcomes, build confidence and open doors for every pupil. I believe that what happens in the classroom has a profound and lasting impact on a child’s future. I am committed to ensuring that all children experience ambitious, inclusive and engaging teaching that enables them to make strong progress and flourish both academically and personally. Central to my work is a focus on high expectations, positive behaviour and a culture where every child feels safe, valued and included.   I am incredibly passionate about education and love being in the classroom, working alongside children and helping them to achieve their very best. As Assistant Headteacher for Curriculum, I am fortunate to combine my love of teaching with my passion for developing an exciting and ambitious curriculum across the school. I strongly believe that every child should have the opportunity to find something they love and something in which they can succeed. For me, this means providing a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum that values every subject and gives children a wide range of experiences and opportunities. The most rewarding part of teaching is seeing children grow in confidence, discover their strengths and develop a genuine love of learning. I want every child to feel successful, challenged and excited about their education, while leaving primary school with fantastic memories and the confidence to take their next steps.
